  • At CIDARE the privacy of our visitors is extremely important. As you read our Privacy Policy, the term ‘CIDARE’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to CIDARE, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 400 Tradecenter Drive, Suite 5900, Woburn, MA 01801. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we receive and collect and how we use this information. This Privacy Policy applies to and governs any and all of our data collection and use of data. If we decide to use any personally identifiable information you have given us in a manner vastly different from that which we stated when we initially solicited the information, we will promptly notify you via email. Upon notice, you shall have the option to allow us to use your information in this separate manner. Please note that our Privacy Policy does not govern the collection and use of information by third parties, nor by individuals we do not employ or manage. If you visit a website we mention or link to, please be sure to review its privacy policy before providing the site with information.     Our Privacy Policy will inform you of the following:

    • As necessary to enforce our Terms of Service; 

    • As necessary to maintain, safeguard, and preserve all rights and property of CIDARE.

  • We respect your privacy. We do maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as bug alerts, security breaches, account issues, and/or changes to or in our products and services). In certain circumstances, we may use our website, newspapers, or other public means to post a notice.

  • Our website is not directed to, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If we inadvertently collect such information, we shall immediately ensure such information is erased from our system’s database.

  • As mentioned, all users or visitors to our website can discontinue receiving communication from us by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe, please send us an email to info@cidare.com or click on the “Unsubscribe” link present in all marketing emails we send. If you wish to unsubscribe for opt-out from any third-party websites, you must go to the specific website to unsubscribe or opt-out. We will continue to adhere to our Privacy Policy with respect to any personal information previously collected.

  • We do link to other websites. We do not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices, and/or procedures of other websites. Please be aware that when you leave our website, it is best that you read the privacy statements of the website to which you are directed. Our Privacy Policy applies only and solely to information collected by our website.

  • We are located in the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) and sent to the United States. (The adequacy decision on the EU-US Privacy became operational on August 1, 2016. This framework protects the fundamental rights of anyone in the EU whose personal data is transferred to the United States for commercial purposes. It allows the free transfer of data to companies that are certified in the US under the Privacy Shield.) By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described in our Privacy Policy.
